Course Overview

The Commercial Pilots Licence (CPL) Ground School Training comprises the theoretical knowledge required to fly aeroplanes. The course requires a minimum of Two hundred hours flying time – including solo flight – ending with a skills test with an examiner. The skills test will examine your general handling and navigation skills.

- Krishna holds a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from Jain University. He is the CEO, Co-founder and a Director of the company
- He is an Aviation Geek, a Technical Author and an Expert in Flight Simulation. He loves playing the Piano (the Star Wars theme) and reads Aviation books.
- Krishna is responsible for client acquisition and management of projects, heads Software Development, Business Development & Operations and is responsible for Establishing Client Relationships. He also heads the Training Division, Leads the pilot network and is eagerly looking forward to lead their manufacturing initiative.

- Aniruddha holds a B.E in Electronics & Communication and is Pursuing BSc in Data Science & Programming. He is the CTO, Co-founder and a Director of the company.
- He plays the guitar, is a music buff, sketches, indulges in automobile blogs and is an avid photographer.
- Aniruddha is responsible for product development, heads the UAV Integration & Testing Unit, creates new designs, and builds prototypes of UAVs. He also approves the final data that has been processed using Pix4D software and provides technical training to employees.

- Chief of Design, RWRDC, HAL until 2007. Worked with RWR &DC as a technical consultant till December 2012
- 36 Years of Design & Development experience involving static and Dynamic components of Aero engine & Rotorcrafts.
- Worked in Stress group of Engine Design Bureau, HAL for 6 years involving Stress analysis and Fatigue evaluation of HJE 2500 Jet Engine and HPE 400 Piston Engine rotables, like blades, discs, shafts & casings.
- Since 1978, has been working in Helicopter Design Bureau (presently RWR&DC), HAL and has been responsible for the Design, Analysis, Test aspects and Life evaluation of Dynamic components of DHRUV (ALH) like rotor hub, rotor blades, transmission and structure involving main fuselage, tail boom and control surfaces.
- Experience in design, analysis and development of composite structures for static and dynamic components like rotor blades, rotor head and fuselage structures.

- Be at least 16 years of age at start of the training
- Shall have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics
- Be able to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Obtain current class I medical certificate
- Receive a minimum of 200 hours of flight time including training and solo flight
- Pass knowledge test as well as the practical test
In order to work as a commercial or airline pilot, you need to obtain a CPL –a commercial pilot licence. Once you have this, you can fly for an airline.
You do not need to have a university degree to obtain a CPL licence.
Each country has its own regulations. India is subject to DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) rules. However, all licences are issued following the international standards set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and there are agreements in place between ICAO member states to allow for the conversion of pilot licences.
For students who are not from Bengaluru and need accommodation during the course, the school offers advisory services to help students find accommodation.
No. The success rate is almost 100%. Most of the concepts are new to students and studying this course requires commitment, but with interest and motivation, you can clear the exams with ease.
